Responsibilities

• Dust, clean, and maintain assigned patient and non-patient areas according to departmental procedures.
• Prepare cleaning solutions and supplies; use equipment safely and store chemicals properly.
• Disinfect rooms, beds, and patient furniture; remove spills and maintain clean environments.
• Set up conference rooms and private dining areas for meetings and gatherings.
• Handle and dispose of waste per safety rules and OSHA/JCAHO standards.
• Report safety hazards and equipment issues to supervision.
