Job summary

Arnot Health’s St. Joseph's Hospital is seeking a Housekeeper to join Environmental Services. You will clean hospital areas, move furniture and equipment, and support linen processes to maintain a sanitary environment.

The position is 20 hours per week with weekday and weekend evenings, paying $17.00–$22.10 per hour. Standing for long periods and physical tasks are required, with opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand verbal and written instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and services Arnot Health areas, moves furniture, equipment and supplies in an orderly and sanitary manner.
• Transports and sets up furniture for meetings, operates floor machines and small burnishers, and uses extractors.
• Loads linen and microfiber carts and completes linen deliveries.
• Cleans the Morgue area after autopsy-related cleaning as required.
