Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through interaction with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Clean all assigned areas using approved methods and practices.
• Stock areas with paper goods, soaps, and patient supplies as needed.
• Respond to emergency calls as directed by supervisor and policy.
• Attend required staff meetings and training sessions.
• Stock linens on exchange carts and deliver to patient units.
• Operate and maintain all cleaning equipment in good working order.
• Use phone system to operate pagers and integrated software.
• Schedule meeting setups as directed by supervisor.
• Collect linens and dispose of trash per guidelines.
• Meet performance expectations for customer service, teamwork, and resource use.
• Perform other duties to ensure smooth department operation.
