Job summary

Wilcox Memorial Hospital, part of Hawai‘i Pacific Health, seeks an Environmental Services Worker to maintain acute floors, OR and OB areas in a clean, sanitary condition on Kaua‘i. Duties include lifting, moving furnishings, setting up equipment, ordering supplies and operating light cleaning equipment.

Reliable, detail-oriented candidates are preferred. Location is Wilcox Medical Center with a full-time regular schedule.

Qualifications

• One year hospital housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain acute floors, OR and OB areas in a clean, sanitary and orderly condition.
• Assist with lifting, carrying and moving furnishings; set up equipment and order supplies; use light power-operated cleaning equipment.
