Responsibilities

• Inspects and ensures assigned areas are clean and in good repair; report problems to supervisor.
• Cleans patient rooms, exam rooms, public areas, toilets, procedure rooms, OR rooms, offices, and equipment.
• Removes trash from all assigned areas.
• Replenishes paper towels, toilet paper, and soap in all locations.
• Makes beds in discharge rooms and on-call rooms as assigned.
• Maintains equipment in clean, working condition; report problems to supervisor.
• Moves equipment, furniture, and other items as assigned.
• Follows all safety and sanitation regulations.
