Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• General knowledge of housekeeping techniques, equipment, and supplies helpful.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, waiting areas, and high-touch surfaces.
• Safely dispose of medical waste and sharps per OSHA guidelines.
• Collect and transport soiled linens to staging areas.
• Prepare discharged rooms quickly for new admissions.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE; place wet floor warning signs.
