Job summary

Banner Rehabilitation Hospital in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an Environmental Services Technician to maintain a clean, safe inpatient environment in accordance with hospital standards and patient care needs.

This full-time role runs 11:00 am–7:30 pm with rotating weekends and holidays. It includes a thorough orientation, competitive benefits, PTO, and a company-matched 401(k). Experience in hospital EVS or housekeeping is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous Housekeeping experience required.
• High School degree or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospital EVS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment in assigned areas including patient rooms, offices, nurses' stations, lounges, hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, elevators and lobby areas.
• Assist in maintaining a safe environment by reporting unsafe conditions to supervisor or appropriate department.
• Replenish supplies including soap, towels and toilet tissue, and other disposable items.
