Responsibilities

• Completes daily occupied and discharge/transfer cleaning and disinfection of patient care areas, equipment and common areas while following infection control guidelines.
• Maintains cleaning carts, supplies and equipment; handles waste, and follows proper waste streams and PPE protocols.
• Demonstrates safety, accountability and problem-solving to support patient safety and cleanliness metrics.
