Qualifications

• High School level education and ability to perform basic numerical calculations.
• Supervisory and interpersonal skills to interact with departments and coordinate activities of a small group of service personnel.
• Knowledge of department functions to assess user needs and set priorities; familiarity with PC software.

Responsibilities

• Assists with training and orientation of new employees and provides day-to-day guidance.
• Assists with work-related problems, counsels, disciplines verbally, may suspend employees for remainder of a shift in the absence of a supervisor.
• Recommends disciplinary action to the supervisor/Site Manager.
