HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is seeking a Supervisor Environmental Services to oversee the Environmental Services department, ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant hospital environment in line with policies and regulatory standards. The role emphasizes leadership of daily operations across patient and non-patient areas and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in environmental services or hospitality.
• Knowledge of hospital and health care operations preferred.
• Knowledge of hospital and health care financial metrics preferred.
• Minimum of one-year experience in supervisory position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates existing systems, initiates change, and suggests improvements to the Manager.
• Ensures compliance with current policies, procedures, and regulatory standards (TJC, OSHA, EEOC).
• Adheres to ethical business practices per the Compliance Program and approved policies.
• Operates Environmental Services to provide an aseptic, aesthetically pleasing environment.
• Leads daily operations across patient and non-patient areas within assigned space.
• Coordinates and supervises department functions to maintain service quality.
