Job summary

Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Supervisor of Environmental Services to provide direct supervision and leadership to the environmental staff. You will ensure services are proactive, compliant with regulatory standards, and aligned with the needs of the population served.

You will help develop and maintain efficient environmental services while representing the Manager on related functions. The role requires three years of supervisory experience, preferably in Environmental Services,

Qualifications

• Three years supervisory experience required.
• Previous Environmental Services experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work with diverse populations in a fast-paced, crisis-oriented environment.
