You will supervise ES staff, orient new hires, complete evaluations and drive daily housekeeping duties across the hospital, outpatient areas, and residential center.

Qualified candidates will have 5–10 years of housekeeping experience in a hospital setting and 1–3 years of management (or 5 years as a team lead), with strong

• Associate’s degree or high school diploma/GED required.
• Five to ten years of housekeeping experience, hospital setting preferred.
• One to three years of related management experience or five years of team lead experience.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Services staff, including scheduling and evaluations.
• Provide department orientation and document orientation completion.
• Perform performance improvement monitoring and problem solving.
• Complete housekeeping assignment daily.
