Responsibilities

• Maintains floor surfaces and stairwells, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, polishing, scrubbing, stripping, vacuuming and extraction.
• Completes documentation of project work in established forms with privacy and confidentiality in mind.
• Assembles cleaning supplies and equipment for assignments; maintains and reports on equipment condition.
• Uses chemicals and cleaning techniques per procedures; stores and disposes of chemicals safely.
• Follows safety policies for handling waste and hazardous materials; reports incidents as required.
• Replenishes supplies in assigned areas; transports trash and waste to disposal areas.
• Drives company vehicle between campuses as needed.
• Maintains alertness and safe work practices; performs other duties as assigned.
