OhioHealth in the United States seeks Environmental Service Associates to clean patient rooms, public areas, and service spaces, while delivering strong customer service.

Day shift, 40 hours per week in the Environmental Services department. You will follow established procedures, complete required paperwork, and support hospital safety and cleanliness standards through diligent teamwork.

Qualifications

• No Degree or Diploma (Required)
• HS diploma/GED preferred for individuals over 18 and not in high school.
• 16- and 17-year-old individuals without a high school diploma or GED will be considered only if they have a valid work permit.

Responsabilités

• 40% Obtains assigned cleaning or maintenance request from system, sheet, or verbal directions.
• Performs other duties including moving beds or furniture to service customers or clean areas.
• Follow departmental/organizational processes to complete duties.
• Complete paperwork to monitor departmental statistics.
• 20% Proper use of equipment and cleanliness; equipment varies by assignment.
• Notify area through work orders and paperwork for equipment and items.
• 10% Stock carts and areas; include linen distribution.
• 10% Willing to take on other duties to meet hospital cleanliness and safety standards.
• 20% Provide high level customer service to patients and all customers; focus on safety, quality and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.
