Job summary

Redeemer Health is seeking an Environmental Services worker to perform a wide range of cleaning duties across the hospital, using specialized housekeeping equipment and chemicals to maintain a clean, safe, and aseptic environment for patients, staff and the public.

As part of our service and trade team, you will support the mission by upholding the Health System's values, including respect, compassion, justice, and hospitality, while adapting to the needs of a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school or GED diploma highly desirable.
• Good reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency to become competent in the essential functions and responsibilities in two to three months.

Responsibilities

• The Environmental Services worker performs a wide range of cleaning duties in all areas of the hospital using specialized housekeeping equipment and chemicals to maintain a clean, safe and aseptic environment for patients, staff and public.
