Qualifications

• Proficiency to become Competent in the essential functions and responsibilities in two to three months.
• There are times based upon work volume, emergencies, or severe weather conditions when cross-trained tasks may be required.

Responsibilities

• The Environmental Services worker performs a wide range of cleaning duties in all areas of the hospital using specialized housekeeping equipment and chemicals to maintain a clean, safe and aseptic environment for patients, staff and public.
