Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic seeks an Environmental Services team member to perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, clean facility. You will interact with Lead ES staff, maintenance teams, staff, residents, guests and other personnel while supporting admissions and daily operations.

The role includes routine cleaning of internal and external areas, carpet and floor care, inventory checks, and assisting with safety drills and MSDS documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in building safety, cleanliness and maintenance preferred.
• Ability to operate a household vacuum, floor cleaning and buffing equipment, etc.
• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within thirty (30) days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans internal areas (public areas and hallways, program areas, residential areas) as scheduled.
• Cleans external premises/grounds (front/back entrances, parking lots, fence lines) as needed.
• Maintains floors, carpets, and uses stripping/waxing as required.
• Maintains cleanliness and aseptic conditions throughout facility.
• Reports safety issues and completes work orders with leadership guidance.
