You will lead by example, maintain preventive maintenance schedules, coordinate with vendors, supervise safety and chemical handling, and ensure equipment upkeep on-site to meet quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee cleanliness, maintenance and repair work for residents and staff.
• Ensure services comply with current federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Lead by example in Sanctuary Values and maintain a warm, calm environment.
• Oversee maintenance requests, preventive maintenance schedules, and coordination with third-party vendors.
