Northwest Texas Healthcare System is seeking an Environmental Services Worker/Housekeeper to maintain a clean and aseptic hospital environment across various areas. Duties include sweeping, mopping, disinfecting rooms and assisting with cleaning tasks as assigned, with emphasis on patient and staff safety.

The role requires ability to understand English, with a preference for a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 trainings.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 trainings required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service areas in the hospital according to area assignments.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting and disinfecting rooms.
• Assist with wall/window cleaning, fixtures, curtains and vents as needed.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and report hazards.
