Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in team or personnel oversight.
• Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related discipline (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversees compliance to standard universal and disease-specific precautions and OSHA standards.
• Collaborates with EVS Director on process and performance improvement.
• Develops strategic planning for assigned scope and cross-area implementations.
• Promotes positive customer service relations with patients, families, visitors and staff.
• Monitors budgets and department expenditures.
