Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, furniture and other areas in a timely manner.
• Deliver linen and remove trash from assigned areas.
• Sweep and mop patient rooms.
• Maintain stock of materials, supplies and chemicals.
• Perform daily floor care procedures.
• Ensure equipment is kept clean and polished; empty and rinse carts and buckets at shift end.
• Perform other duties per hospital policies and procedures.
• Adhere to organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
