Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services worker to maintain a sanitary hospital environment on site in the Boston area. Minimal education is required with 0-1 year of related experience preferred. Work is onsite at 300 First Avenue with a 40-hour work week and day shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-1 year related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and how to apply chemicals safely is expected to be utilized on the job.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties in alignment with schedules and infection control guidelines.
• Completes waste stream removal.
• Cleans and services assigned areas per established procedures.
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies within departments to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Operates floor machines and buffers.
