Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of nursing, administration and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning of patient rooms, units, offices and public areas to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Promotes the facility mission and adheres to policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Transports trash and hazardous waste to disposal areas and follows infection control practices.
• Works day, evening or night shift as assigned and demonstrates professional conduct with patients and visitors.
• Maintains equipment and uses chemicals per procedure and supports cross-training in different areas.
