Job summary

Garnet Health System is seeking an Environmental Services Worker to perform manual housekeeping duties in maintaining a clean and orderly environment within the hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting patient care and staff efficiency by following proper cleaning procedures.

Qualifications

• Must obtain High School diploma or equivalent within 18 months if not possessed at hire.
• Ability to speak, read and write basic English is required.
• Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual housekeeping duties to maintain Hospital facilities.
• Assist in providing a sanitary and orderly environment for patients and staff.
• Follow instructions under the supervision of the Environmental Supervisor.
