Lifepoint Health’s Anderson Rehabilitation Institute is seeking an Environmental Services Aide to maintain a clean, safe hospital environment. This role supports infection control and contributes to a positive patient experience through cleanliness and organization.

As part of the Lifepoint Health network, you’ll join a team focused on delivering high-quality care with compassionate service, providing daily housekeeping duties and collaborating with staff to ensure patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms, restrooms, lounges, offices, corridors, walls, and windows according to daily schedule.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, scrub, and shine floors; replenish paper and soap products; clean mirrors, sinks, and toilets.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor scrubbers.
• Collect and remove trash from all areas of the facility daily.
• Stock linens throughout the hospital to ensure unit readiness.
• Adhere to all infection control policies and report safety hazards to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
