Stanford Health Care is seeking an Electrician to maintain and repair electrical systems across hospital facilities, including emergency power and laboratory equipment. The role requires reading blueprints, safe operation of tools, and proactive maintenance to ensure patient safety and facility uptime.

The position involves night shifts and requires 1–3 years of experience, with a high school diploma or GED. A California driver’s license is preferred for site work across the campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and NFPA 70E.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance and testing on emergency power supply systems.
• Install and maintain electrical wiring, switchgear, lighting, motors and hospital electrical equipment.
• Install new laboratory equipment and repair/maintain existing lab equipment.
• Inspect lighting throughout facilities and implement energy-saving measures.
• Replace fuses/breakers and perform routine electrical repairs.
