Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking an Electrician to join our team at St. Joseph's Hospital in Breese, IL. The position is full-time with a 40-hour work week, Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm and on-call rotation.

Install, repair and maintain electrical systems critical to patient care and building operations within a hospital setting. Successful candidates will have three years of electrical experience and ideally have completed a four-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Three years of electrical experience is required.
• Satisfactory completion of a recognized four-year apprenticeship program is desired.
• High School Diploma, GED or related vocational training is required.

• Installs, repairs and maintains wiring systems and electrical apparatus necessary for building operation and patient care.
