UT Southwestern Medical Center seeks a Distribution Technician to support daily operations by receiving, storing, distributing, and replenishing supplies across the organization. This on-site role ensures accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and compliance with safety standards, collaborating with clinical and non-clinical teams to maintain stock levels and uninterrupted patient care.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience using ERP/WMS platforms.
• Must be able to lift/move 75 lbs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe products preferred.
• Experience with forklift, order selectors, pallet jacks, and driving a 26ft box truck with liftgate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Unload shipments and inspect for damage, document receipts, and generate records using ERP/SC systems.
• Process incoming items with barcodes and attach labels; resolve PO issues when information is missing.
• Answer department calls and emails to resolve receipts and deliveries promptly.
• Enter receiving info into ERP/SC systems and organize items for delivery.
• Deliver merchandise with a 26ft box truck with liftgate using appropriate loading equipment.
• Restock inventory across campus locations and fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory adjustments as needed.
• Transport hospital beds and equipment for repair and ensure proper cleaning during transfers.
