Job summary

Vitalant in Mather, CA is seeking a Hospital Distribution Technician to manage inventory and ship blood products to local hospitals and patients.

You will receive orders, inspect products, and deliver safely using a company vehicle; the schedule is Tue-Sat 6:30pm–3:00am with a 9% shift differential. The company offers comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of customer service experience required.
• Prior healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Able to lift 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, and ship urgent blood product orders; inspect items for accuracy.
• Professionally deliver products to customers in a company vehicle.
• Communicate order fulfillment times and product availability to customers.
• Maintain hospital service records and process related fees.
• Monitor storage conditions and vehicle work areas.
