Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs routine work with little deviation from practices.
• Cleans dishes by hand or machine, trays, silverware and pots and pans for morning and lunch meals.
• Delivers food truck to Infirmary.
• Ensures sanitation of kitchen work area by cleaning and washing machines, mopping floor, taking garbage to dumpster.
• Plans daily work schedule of routine cleaning duties.
• Upholds a professional working relationship and adheres to department rules.
