Qualifications

• Dishwashing and kitchen sanitation duties.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Operate dish machine and 3-compartment sink per guidelines.
• Inspect items for cleanliness and transport to storage.
• Dispose of garbage and cardboard; sweep and mop floors.
• Follow scheduled cleaning assignments and procedures.
• Adhere to MSDS chemical safety procedures.
