VCA South Shore Weymouth Animal Hospital in Weymouth, MA, is seeking an experienced Hospital Director to lead our hybrid hospital that combines general practice, specialty, and emergency medicine under one roof.

The role partners with the regional operations director to drive operations, growth, and exceptional client and patient care, requiring strong business acumen, people leadership, and a passion for veterinary medicine.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in veterinary, healthcare, or service industries.
• Strong background in people management and business operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding client and patient care.
• Veterinary industry experience is preferred but not required.

The Role

Additional Information

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$149,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
