Job summary

VCA South Shore Weymouth Animal Hospital invites a board-certified or residency-trained Anesthesiologist to join a 24-hour emergency/specialty/general practice hospital just south of Boston. The hospital hosts a large team of veterinarians, extensive facilities, and strong clinical teaching opportunities.

Salary is negotiable based on credentials, with annual range $200,000 to $250,000, plus production/commission potential. Benefits include 401k, insurance, paid leave, CE allowances, and more.

Qualifications

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in (state), or the ability to obtain.
  • Residency Trained or Diplomate Board Certification relevant to veterinary anesthesia.
  • Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and ethics.

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $200,000 to $250,000. This position is also eligible for production/commission and other variable pay programs.
