Job summary

Morrison Healthcare in Sunnyvale, TX is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor to oversee team activities during a shift and ensure policy and quality standards are met.

The position requires prior supervisory experience in a hospital setting. You will train staff, create schedules, evaluate performance, prepare reports, and serve as the point of contact for concerns. Schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a hospital setting is required.
• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure policy and procedure is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports to meet quality and safety standards.
• Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
