Job summary

Mosaic Life Care in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a Food Service Helper to support patient meal service, tray assembly, and sanitation in the dietary area. You will assist the Manager and ensure timely meal delivery while following safety standards across shifts.

The role requires standing long hours, lifting up to 25 lbs, and basic data entry using meal delivery software. Travel between system facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Preferred.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Travel between facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assembles patient trays according to tray tickets with proper presentation.
• Delivers meals to patient rooms and assists with meal setup as needed.
• Operates dish machine and maintains sanitation in the dietary area.
• Records data for quality measures and meal delivery timing.
• Performs floor stock nourishments delivery and processes per procedures.
• Adheres to safety regulations and supports team members.
