Qualified candidates will have five years of institutional food service experience and be able to perform simple recipe conversions.

• Check all foods daily to assure wholesomeness.

• Maintain a clean, sanitary work station and refrigerators/freezers.
• Follow HAACP procedures and maintain a sanitary work environment.
• Work in other areas of the department as assigned.
