Job summary

Responsibilities include recording production usage, labeling portions, maintaining HACCP documentation, and keeping sanitation standards. Rotating shifts apply, with opportunities for ongoing departmental training.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in food preparation required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods for patients, staff and visitors per recipes and orders.
• Braise, sauté, broil, bake and grill to proper times and temperatures.
• Record usage on production records to control costs and ensure correct portions.
• Assemble ingredients and portion, label and date for storage or transport.
• Maintain HACCP records and food handling procedures.
• Ensure sanitation and safety in cooking and serving areas.
• Participate in department training and complete cleaning tasks.
