Qualificações

• Experience with HACCP and production records.
• Ability to follow recipes and production orders.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare foods for patients, staff, and visitors at high quality levels.
• Braise, sauté, broil, boil, steam and grill to proper times and temperatures.
• Record usage on production records to control costs and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate plating, labeling and storage for transport or reuse.
• Maintain HACCP and production records and ensure sanitary practices.
