UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO is seeking a Cook for the onsite Food Nutrition Services team. This PRN, day-shift role offers hourly pay and no remote option.

You will review menus, follow standardized recipes, plan cooking schedules with supervision, and ensure proper food safety and sanitation. A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience are required.

Responsabilités

• Reviews menu and special orders to determine types and quantities of food items to be prepared.
• Follows standardized recipes in preparation of all foods. Plans cooking schedule with supervisor to ensure timely readiness.
• Confers with supervisor regarding modified diet preparation and use of leftovers.
• Adheres to guidelines for storage, handling, sanitation and maintenance of work area.
• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
