Qualifications

• 3–4 years of related kitchen experience.
• Experience in hospital dining is a plus.
• Ability to read recipes and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare and present hot and/or cold items for multiple meals.
• Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for various food items.
• May operate a grill station or serve customers at an a la carte setting.
• Support daily kitchen operations and maintain timely shift coverage.
