Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume food preparation.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes to meet production schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portions and temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment and reports maintenance issues.
• Supports in ordering and receiving food and supplies as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
