Morrison Healthcare in Huntingdon, TN, part of Compass Group, is hiring immediately for part-time COOK positions. 1 year of kitchen experience required. Schedule runs 5:00 am to 6:30 pm, weekends and holidays required. On-site location: Baptist Huntingdon. Pay ranges $13.50–$15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring food is at the right temperature and attractive.
• Maintains cleanliness and safe food-handling procedures in the kitchen.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and maintains accurate records during service.
