• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized; ensures items are stored per standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Maintains teamwork and safety, attends in-service and safety meetings.
