Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meals according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery by using correct portioning and temperatures, ensuring presentation is attractive and tasty.
• Follow established ticket procedures and maintain records from the area worked during service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safe food-handling procedures; store or discard excess food properly.
• Assist in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Report maintenance issues or equipment faults to the supervisor promptly.
