• Ensures food is served at the correct temperatures and is attractive and tasty; follows portioning and presentation standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the kitchen; follows HACCP standards and safe food-handling procedures.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required; reports maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings; maintains good working relationships with coworkers and managers.
