Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring cooks for Penn Highlands Elk in Saint Marys, PA. We offer full-time and part-time roles at a fixed pay rate of $15.00 per hour.

Prior cooking and kitchen experience is required, and duties include preparing meals according to standards and safety guidelines. You will work in a collaborative team, maintain cleanliness, follow HACCP standards, and support production planning and service.

Responsabilités

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat. Ensures food and supply items are stored per standards.
• Maintains HACCP standards and safe food-handling procedures.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
