Responsibilities

• Operate large kitchen equipment (ovens, mixers, steamers) safely.
• Use scale and measure ingredients for consistency and quality.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Communicate with kitchen team and supervisors to ensure on-time meal service.
• Lift and move hot food containers as part of a busy kitchen role.
