Responsibilities

• Braise, sauté, grill to proper times and temperatures; safely hold food.
• Record usage on production records to ensure correct preparation and cost control.
• Maintain HACCP and sanitation records and proper handling, storage, and delivery of food.
• Ensure timely service across patient and non-patient areas.
