Hours are days, 5am-1:20pm, with rotating weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or GED and at least two years of institutional cooking experience are required, plus a ANSI-accredited Food Handler Training Certificate within 30 days of start date.

• Food Handler Training Certificate Program (ANSI Accredited) within 30 days of start date for ServSafe Manager Certificate (ANSI) qualification requirement.
