Ironside Human Resources in Albuquerque, New Mexico, seeks a full-time, permanent Controller for a medical facility located about an hour away from Albuquerque.

This onsite role offers a Mon-Fri schedule with business hours and includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus plus $10,000 relocation assistance. The Controller will direct the hospital's accounting system, oversee charges, billing, A/R, A/P, payroll, GL, forecasting, budgeting, controls, and audits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Prior financial healthcare experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
• CPA certification preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise the hospital's full accounting system and financial functions.
• Oversee charges, billing, accounts receivable, cash receipts, collections, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, and audits.
